Down another pound. The goal is to lose 7 pounds and be down to 190 before leaving for vacation on August 11th. Counselor said that was doable. She also helped me look at the way I was spreading my food throughout the day. Wasn't getting much for breakfast and I was feeling really hungry towards late afternoon. Stuck a little more in this morning for breakfast and am feeling pretty good right now. We'll see how that goes. Thanks for the support from everyone.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Another pound..thats great! Just keep it up and you will be down to your goal in no time! =)

Keep up the great work. My counselor also has me eating for breakfast, a half of a protein, a starch and a fruit. Then for early morn snack eating a la lite a fruit and a dairy. For lunch eating two veggies, a protein and a starch. For late snack, eating a fruit and a la lite, then for dinner having just left a half of a protein a fat and a veggie. I am on the gold plan. We will see if this works, I did not get in all of my foods at all this weekend and I am up today....so it is always to start over on Mondays....

I definitely notice a difference eating more for breakfast. I'm not as hungry later on in the day. Hopefully I will continie to see good results.
