Yesterday was the craziest day ever. I was eating like a bird ALL DAY LONG. I could not satisfy my hunger. I haven't been that hungry since I started my new life style. I still measured every bit of food I ate but I had the crziest of food. Potato chips 1 oz but still potato chips. Tuna fish, that is even crazier craving. No I am not pregnant but that is strange I ate that much but still I lost weight. WOW...
177.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
