so the usual has been between 25-35 carbs. Steamed veggies w/1 tb. of tostados smooth cheese sauce, 4 oz meat, snacks- pepperoni stick, cheese or more veggies. Actionally I have an atkins bar as a meal if my appetite is down or 1/2 of one when I have a sweet tooth
176.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
