Inflammation up
Took Lasix and Potassium
Regular diet today. I’m fasting 12-18 hours every other day. I can eat 25% less calories during the fast, but I do t. I eat my regular diet and stay u dear calories.
Many say 1300 calories is too low. I’m mostly Dede tart and I can’t walk more than 10-20 steps so it’s hard. Life! I still exercise daily. Yoga/stretching/cardio
193.4 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
