still love saturday cheat days. good food, good treats. my thought for this week was: it is just as much work and effort to stay down in weight as it is/was to achieve the goal. just keep in mind, it never ends. it can change a little here and there, but the effort must continue and be sustained forever.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 74.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
