Quite a few business lunches. I'm sure that is the biggest issue keeping my loss slower.
Lately though, if customer wants to go out for lunch, I try to steer towards a local Chinese buffet where I take mostly veggies and meat with about 1/2 the rice i used to. Also only one plateful instead of 2-3.
