My eating has been bad, trying to get it under control. Not sure why this week has been hard for me with making good decisions.

I was really proud of myself last night. I was planning on running when I got home from work but completely forgot that for my condo there was the monthly board meeting. I hate going to those things… but this year we got hit with an extra assessment in the spring due to lack of proper budgeting last year so it’s best to go and yell at them for all the foolish decisions they are making. The condo is actually a townhome, and it’s the first I’ve ever owned and let me tell you, the experience has been miserable. The association company/board that runs the place is not very good and has been nothing but a headache since we moved in. It’s a starter home, but due to our miserable experience we’ll probably leave sooner than we originally planned. Anway, I’m rambling. Back to the point… I decided to suck it up and go to the meeting dressed all ready to run afterwards, thinking it would be a short meeting. Of course it wasn’t. By the time I got out it was 8:30 and all I wanted to do was go home, but instead I did my 2 mile run as planned. Had to change my route due to the darkness, but did it none the less.

Weight was up today, but probably a lot of that was due to not eating dinner until 9pm last night, along with the water retention from running. At least that’s what I’m hoping, haha. We’ll see what happens over the weekend, hopefully will be able to keep myself somewhat in check.
