I was eating and eating and eating; just couldn't get satisfied. Then after dinner a week ago Wednesday I realized I was full, well, not only full, but finally not interested in eating, for the first time in about three weeks. The eating was related to the season changing, my teenagers going off to college, stress at work. Now I'm so happy to be back on track. One saving grace was that while I was eating like a fool I continued my long bike rides and/or long walks a couple times a week. So for people who struggle, know that building up those good habits is important so you can lean on them when the bad habits rear their ugly heads. Of course, it all takes years.
127.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
