Well, after over a year with no weigh-ins because I couldn't find a scale to weigh on, I finally got up the nerve to ask to use the scales in the nurses office at work. It was actually not as bad as I was afraid it would be. I knew I was 350+ because the scales at home went up to 350 and everytime I stepped on them I got TILT. As far as I knew I was approaching or over 400. As one of the plant managers where I used to work at would say, "what you don't measure you don't control." And the same is true for eating and body weight.
My only clue that my weight has been going up for over the past year has been my ever increasing food intake and my ever increasing shirt size and pants size.
Now it is time to turn it around. It is a new day. I WILL weigh and record my weight on a weekly basis here. I WILL record all the stuff I eat at least any high calorie stuff. Not too worried about whole fresh fruits and vegetables.
