Ok. Weight still the same.
I need to verify I enter all the food, and maybe I don't burn as many calories for the exercise as the standards in the database. It has only been two weeks I have been following my 1200 calorie restriction. I have followed it pretty good. I hope next week starts showing some results.
115.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
