800-1000 cal a day within 2 weeks I lost 2lbs. didnt get to go walk at the park today because of rain and thunderstorm =( hopefully me and my boyfriend head club tonight and have a workout by dancing !!
118.0 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
