Don't ask me how I lost weight...it might just be I was wearing lighter clothes - lol. I do think I am eating less portion-wise - less over-eating.

And I Shredded today. Go me! Although, my right knee might revolt.
166.7 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 41.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

When you do lunges, you don't need to go down as far as the people in the videos. Do what is comfortable for you.

I tend to only go as far down as I feel is comfortable. My right knee though was buckling on my several times in normal situations for the last couple months when I hadn't been shredding. Lunges I have to take it easy on as well because of a bad foot/ankle (was previously broken when I was in college), so I don't push myself with those!
