Late night cereal eating!
Nuts with brunch + dinner.
Less than 8 hours sleep.
Going to bed at 2AM.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
