Another week another 3.6 pounds down! And my blood pressure today was 129/70. Down another few points from last week. No medicine, all exercise and healthy eating.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 75.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
