YOU DID IT...30 pounds gone since January!! Keep up the good work you will be at goal this year!! Can't wait to say goodbye to all my plus size clothes and all the baggage that goes with them. You have done an amazing job this year - sticking to the plan, starting to believe in yourself and realize you are worth it!! Now your going to make the commitment to start moving - get off your B*TT and move!! Start slow but do something every day to start toning up!! Let's turn that FLAB to muscle - you know how - JUST MAKE IT HAPPEN!! Remember how good you feel when your all toned and how you love to wear your cute sleeveless shirts.

Keep up the good worth.........YOU ARE WORTH IT AND YOU CAN DO IT!!
