Going back up wahhhhhhhhh.
Let's blame it on the fact that I get home at 10pm and haven't eaten dinner so I eat super late. Help!
153.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

calm down, it's less than a pound. that could still be 'normal fluctuation' just keep eating right and the weight will come off!
