So there we go...the scale doesn't budge for 5 days and today I'm down 2 lbs. I'm happy...but I don't understand how that happens (-2 in 24 hours after nothing for a week!)
143.0 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week

When you lose alot overnight, it's usually water weight. Losing actual fat takes time. It also depends on your metabolism, activity level, what kinds of food you eat, how much or how little you are eating, current age, current weight, whether your male or female...etc.
