Ok, I know I weighed-in yesterday, but any time the scale shows a loss, I'm taking it ! LOL. It always happens sudden-like. Weight loss is weird. I'm going grocery shopping ! So exciting. It's the only justified shopping I allow myself and it's been 3 weeks, so I am really looking forward to checking out the new grocery store and getting some fresh vegetables. Hopefully, the knee won't hurt too much on the bike, it's healing, but it takes time to grow back skin on a 2" x 2" area. I wish it would hurry up though, because I just got back in the pool after their one week annual maintenance shutdown and then this happened. I like swimming in the summer, but last fall and winter I slacked off and I don't want that to happen this year. It's essential to my physical and mental well-being. Sending skinny thoughts to all my FS warriors.
