not bad. 5 pound gain over a 3 day celebration weekend. technically, it was vacation, but i gave myself 3 days of unstructured pleasure eating and drinking because it was the 1 year anniversary of starting my new wellness journey (other wise known as a diet). not worried about this 5 lbs whatsoever.
