look at your diet plan, and check the food you were eating when you were loosing, go back to that food, some nutritionists , say its best to stick with the same foods. My sister eats the same thing everyday, more or less, she has lost 30 pounds.

I have noticed that I haven't been drinking enough water lately. A little bloated and backed up some (sorry about the TMI), and of course the late night cereal doesn't help either.

Review your food postings and calorie intake- at my age 45 , I really had to make strict changes to finally get the scale to move-/ one thing I finally realize is my calorie count cannot go too far over 1200 to lose

Fluctuation is totally normal. Frustrating as hell! but normal. I agree with pwrestlephoto-the caloric intake is the first part that has to change to show significant change. When you feel like you're hungry, drink a glass of water. See if that helps, or if you still feel hungry. I've read that a lot of times what think is a hunger pang is more a thirst pang. You can try adding a 20oz bottle of water FIRST THING in the morning. Literally, you wake up, grab the water bottle next to you and guzzle. If your bladder says "OMG NO WAY!" then of course, do what the bladder says, THEN guzzle. I found it was very helpful to keep me hydrated, because it make me want more water thru the day, and it starts you early. As for the TMI (he he he), water will help that, too! Keep on going!
