Oh yeah, football season is definitely going to be rough for me keeping my calories down! I managed to keep my calories decent this weekend despite making unhealthy food choices. Way too many calories from beer. I think I need to start drinking liquor when getting together with friends. It's way too easy to rack up hundreds of calories (and tons of carbs!) by having a couple beers while sitting around. Add some pizza on top of that and I'm definitely holding onto some water weight today. Being active this weekend helped balance it out, and I am scheduled to run tonight, so hopefully there won't be too many negative effects from this weekend.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
