Despite the sick day yesterday and the 2 glasses of red wine I consumed while baking (though I partook of none of my baked goodness, thank you), it seems that I got a pretty good workout while dancing around the kitchen last night. Under 200. Let's see if I can continue the trend.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
