Well, here I an again. I guess you could call a bouncing ball or maybe a yoyo. Gained 20 lbs, well actually more, but I have lost some again before coming back to Fat Secret. I need to be able to keep better track of what I am eating.I don't know how much exercise I can get, pain on feet, legs & hips is constant. Truly hoping losing will help.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
