This is inflammation. Ugh. 3 lbs in a night.
Took Lasix and Potassium. Walking way more than usual plus sweating and my usual exercise. Hopefully, it goes back down.

193.0 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
