When I'm honest with myself I'm surprised at how badly I eat. Like yesterday. Guess thats why I've stayed the same weight for a month. Going on a for mi jog to make up for some of it. Today will be better.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
