Back online after our trip abroad. No significant weight gain thanks to those daily step counts of 10,000-25,000. I practiced Intuitive Eating which meant I didn’t eat all the European desserts on my list but only because my body didn’t want them. Ready to push into the 150’s now.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1695 kcal Fat: 95.21g | Prot: 83.10g | Carb: 148.27g.   Breakfast: Borden Sharp Cheddar Sliced Cheese, Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin, Purity Farms Organic Ghee Clarified Butter, Vital Farms Brown Eggs. Lunch: Bananas , Teddie Smooth Unsalted Old Fashioned All Natural Peanut Butter, Cabot Greek Yogurt Whole Milk Plain. Dinner: Trader Joe's Organic Extra Firm Tofu, Thai Peanut Noodle Salad, Bell Peppers, Red Cabbage , Cucumber (with Peel) . Snacks/Other: Sargento Colby Jack Cheese Sticks, Trader Joe's Greek Chickpeas with Parsley & Cumin. more...
