Yep that happened mindlessly but I know why. Binge comfort eating to fill a void from failing my hands on training. Of course while I was stuffing my face and not feeling satisfied/ fulfilled I didn’t realize what it was until a day later. Need to be more aware of those triggers.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
