Will be doing a deep cleaning of the kitchen today, getting ready for the new refrigerator.👏
You know keeping your cash in the freezer is a good hiding place for stashing your money, you will always have cold hard cash.👍 We were robbed once, never went in the kitchen.
Scared to move the old refrigerator and clean behind it! I had that as a four month chore, to pull it out and clean beneath and behind it, but I have skipped doing it for years!!🫣😮 Time for the refrigerator to take revenge on me for making it work all these years.😄
Well, that will be my day’s goal, if I get it to the point that I want it to be, I will treat myself by going out to eat tonight and maybe having a drink. Gives me a goal to get it done. Hubby said he’ll help,😆, no I am OK on my own!😁 Maybe he can help, and we’ll move the refrigerator out of the house today, a great man, but I may be rolling my eyes today. Also, changing kitchen curtains, he can help me with that, as I roll my eyes again.😁 👀🙃
I may start cooking again, I am so anxious to get the refrigerator, if I do, it may be so bad we’ll have to pray after we eat!😂

Good afternoon Shrewdness! We went through the same thing a couple of years ago...cleaning behind the fridge to prep for a new one. Dust bunnies can be as prolific as real bunnies! 🐇 That's always exciting getting new appliances! Hope you have a productive and happy day!

Cleaning behind the refrigerator isn't hard for me - it slides out easily. But behind the washer and dryer, that's totally different.

Bearnoggin, 💕 it will be exciting to have a refrigerator that works, that’s for sure. I really really loved my very old refrigerator. We had it a long time so I knew it was slowly giving out. I wish I could’ve found one like it, found one close enough, I guess I’ll adapt to it. I’m taking a rare day off from work, actually two days to receive it. A day before, to make sure I am ready for it.

Fritzy, I used to always clean behind the refrigerator, for some reason just stop doing it. I never clean behind the washer dryer, to impossible to move them out as they’re in a tight spot. Scary, could be a long missing sock behind them.😁

Luckily my husband had to go to Home Depot and without refrigerator he was pretty hungry so he brought back Dave’s Chicken. Probably not very healthy since it’s fried, but it was delicious and super filling!😋 I stepped on a piece of dropped fried chicken, guess it really was sole food.🙃

Morticia, I have so much more to do in the kitchen it’s a little overwhelming. I’m taking the day off before it’s delivered to make sure everything gets done and it is sparkling. Coped out yesterday as it became pretty humid.😔🌺☀️

Shrewdness - the last time I cleaned behind the washer and dryer was because I was looking for a missing sock. It was driving me crazy - I knew both socks went into the dryer but only one came out. The laundry room has little room to move things around so it isn't easy to get behind to clean. The refrigerator is on wheels so very easy to move it out.

Cmj29, once I get the new refrigerator I’m gonna try to clean under and behind it every two months or so so I’m never left with a huge ordeal. I used to clean it every four months or so and just stop doing it.🙃 The only thing I want the refrigerator that’s coming to do properly is freeze the ice cream, and make sure the milk, cheese, and whip cream stays cool. 😁 ahhhh, calories!!🤣

StormsGirl, 😆 I have a hard time laughing at my husband’s jokes only because he’s always telling them. Sometimes they’re pretty funny and I have to really work at not laughing and just rolling my eyes.😁
