Well well well. Looks like my anxiety about my weigh-in was well founded. How am I up a whole pound, you might ask? It's that lovely time of the month for us young females, here to haunt me for a few days.

*sigh*

I will weigh-in again on Monday.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
