I just had to put it in, as it was a loss... even if it is just water weight, I will take it!

Happy Monday!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1667 kcal Fat: 66.58g | Prot: 89.80g | Carb: 180.43g.   Breakfast: kraft mexican cheese, great value egg whites, cage free egg, reduced fat milk,  jimmy dean turkey sausage, truvia, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), silk. Lunch: johnsonville turkey cheese, bushs baked beans. Dinner: sauteed mushrooms, chicken breast, plus rotini. Snacks/Other: white chocolate macadamia , vanilla latte, hershey bliss white, cocoa almonds. more...
losing 2.8 lb a week
