I am happy with my compliance so far. I have excercised every day since I started and although I am just walking for now (no heavy strength training) I have lost a few pounds and feel positive. Even when I tried to talk myself out of going to the gym because my tummy was upset, I went anyway. I just kept the excercise a little low-key. My thoughts are that if I can force myself to go to the gym every day - sometimes twice a day - it will become something I look forward to. A habit that I don't want to break. How wonderful would THAT be!!??
