well time to restart i have had some miss steps this last week. I had been sticking to the Atkins diet very well but about a week ago it got lost my cab count got crazy and i flooded my self with potatoes. Potatoes have been the hardest for me to give up plus a cheat day of Chinese food. Its has been over a month of no soda and white sugar which i am proud of. so as it is im trying once again and not giving up on losing this weight
