Well it has been a trying few years for me . well like the last 6 years. t.i had some surgery's and got lazy and disabled so i just sat around for a longtime now feeling sorry for my self. my addiction to sugar and sodas have gotten bad.i now have hit rock bottom in all aspects. i have reach the point that i have told my self if you dont do something now your going to die. the real first time i realized it was 6/17/13. i havent use my tennie shoes in a long time i bent over to put them on and i couldnt breath. it was so hard to even tie them.that is when i truly knew it was time for a real change in my life. this is not like the other times were i have tried but not really tried. i have my mind together im going to change my life in every way. It is now 8/31/14 and im just getting back to really looking at everything that i put in my mouth. From when i first truly realized my weight in June i have lost like 10lbs but that not good enough. I know my family needs me and getting healthy is the only way to see them grow. I know that my life is crashing down around me right now and im going to have to rebuild soon but hopefully with a smaller me

Taking Meds
thank you i have decided not to fallow Atkins to a tee but to the cal. count and try to stay with in my RDI and see how that goes. I fell like that is better on my family and im not getting the hunger anger and it i can have a little something i enjoy my family will be a lot happier with me. i already have a hard time with getting mad to quickly so i feel im on my way .. i just will log everything i eat like i have been

Taking Meds
i know i havent been fallowing it to a tee but im get back on track with my eating i had been fallowing very closely when i first started 2 weeks ago then i went off in my own world i didnt say no to temptation... my family is a bad influence on me i want what they have..im just getting my self back on track

Taking Meds
i just found out that my thyroid is low again .. i have been put on meds i also take other meds that may cause weight gain . i have 2lbs in 10/11 days.. Does any one know how much these meds are going to effect my weight loss? I am trying really hard to stay with in my RDI and Net Carb count .. i just feel like im not getting very far and would like to lose more a week...

Teas
i drink tea often... I love to go to the garden and pick fresh mint and pineapple sage. I have been using stevia and spenda to sweeten black tea ect.. tea is a great way to curve my soda cravings
