Hi everyone! I know I've been MIA, but it's been crazy busy at work! Unfortunately, I won't be online again until at least Monday. I'll be down the shore again starting tonight! I'm really happy with my weigh in this morning! My next goal is to lose another 10 lbs by my best friend's bridal shower, which is at the end of september. i know that gives me a lot of time, but i really think this is how i should do it. nice and slow!</P><P>i hope the rest of u are doing well! i haven't been able to read anyone's journal entries, but I'm still thinking of all of u! :) have a good weekend!

Nice and slow is the right way. And it's easier to keep it off when you lose it slowly. After all, we didn't gain weight that quickly, right? So why would we expect to lose it quickly and keep it off? Makes no sense. Have a great weekend.
