I'm very excited to be down 2 more pounds! I feel like I'm eating more than I was before I started the diet, only now I'm making healthier choices and eating snacks (love Laughing Cow cheese!!!) throughout the day to keep my metabolism up.

I'm also noticing a change in my mood. I'm less anxious and more calm and just have a better sense of well being.

Working full time at a bank and taking 10-11 credits a semester at night law school had been really stressing me out and I was making poor eating choices. I was also drinking too much every Thursday night to "celebrate" surviving another week with my classmates.

We really liked one of the townhouses we saw last night. I'm not thrilled with the location but it's SO HARD to find something in a close radius to Philly (our jobs) in our price range that's not in poor condition. I think we are going to make an offer on it. It would be so nice to be finished house hunting!!!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
