well after being septic in the icu for 3 days and 3 more in the regular hospital really takes a toll on your body. doing better now thank God

240.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb. Still to go: 45.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.9 lb a week
