I ate pizza 2 nights ago...

Bad, Kelly! Bad!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I first read this as 'ate 2 pizza' ... and was thinking 'wow... someone who could out do me...'

I read your journal entry. If you really want to accomplish something, you have to FAITHFUL AND DISCIPLINED. Fatsecret has been my way of getting to my goal weight. Every day, I record my food and my exercise. I weigh myself almost every day because I need to see how my body is reacting to my food choices. The Lord has been the One who has helped me from day one of my weight-loss journey. I could have never done without Him. I had hit rock bottom two days before Thanksgiving 2013 when I got down on my knees and cried to Him for His STRENGTH AND HELP as I was too weak to do it myself. The next day, the day before Thanksgiving, my son came over and out of the blue asked me to try the diet he was on and had lost 35 pounds so far, I then knew this was God's answer to my prayer. So I made my sacrifice to Him on Thanksgiving Day and began my HEALTHY WEIGHT-LOSS JOURNEY TOGETHER WITH HIM! Every time I became tempted or craved something, I turned away and began praying to Him. I was then at peace and chose a glass of water or a piece of fruit. I will get to my goal weight, and He will be right there next to my side with a BIG SMILE and I will forever be committed to Him for the rest of my life with HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES! I pray that your weight-loss journey is HEALTHY AND SUCCESSFUL! Love and respect yourself to treat your body right. We only have one. We will do this together as I will be here cheering you on all the time you have weight losses--AND I HAVE FAITH IN YOU THAT YOU WILL REACH YOUR GOAL! ENCOURAGED -- SUSAN
