First time since I started that I'm below the 155 mark. Woot. Weekend will be interesting since there will be a lot of eating out but it also will involve gym and 8 hour shifts at work. I can stay on track because I am going to be the hottest senior. HA.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
