I got really sick Late Monday thru Wednesday due to a condition that Crohn's patients also get. Was unable to do a cleanse because of it, and have been drinking lots of Ginger Ale to settle my stomach. Too bad I didn't get Diet.
248.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
