I'm failing miserably these days, have little motivation to lose weight. Trying to get back into the gym. Heel spur is putting a damper on my life.
Not sure what I'm supposed to do to improve my game. Thinking that when hubby goes away for a week I can impose some super discipline on myself.
Will go eat a Lean Cuisine and contemplate what I'm doing wrong and what I could be doing right. Will think of excuses I have when I see the doctor this week and yet again discuss my failure/inability to lose LBS.
