Didn't log dinner because went out to a fancy dinner with dad. Too many ingredients to try to log. But yay went down!
More hard work today. Packed healthy lunch for work. WOOT.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
