last leg of the holiday weekend. pizza and beer and treats on Friday. saturday was very minimal food wise, but beers at night. today is going to be a normal exercise day, but will eat a little less strict. I'm not advocating for totally unstructured weekends, but for those of us that work real hard all the time, this is what we do all that work for. to afford some leisure time when we decide.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
