Getting tired of the "216" number...been following 100% and been burning alot of kcals...no pounds lost for 12 days! (My pants are looser...but that could be from the previous weight loss.)
Well, I decided to review my food diary and saw that there are 2 possible culprits for my stall. I added coconut oil thinking that it would up my fats. But, this is when my losing stopped. I feel like I have wasted a good 2 weeks of 100% effort. The other may be the green tea. I will cut both of these items and see what happens. Dang-it!
Has anyone else had this issue with coconut oil? I didn't cook with it, I just took it straight. (1TBSP daily.)
