Dinner with friends, sigh. Loved the dinner, loved seeing our friends, ate bread during the meal and ice cream after. I was good about having a salad with chicken for my entree.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
