Not a good week. Worked out 3 times last week, but my diet was not on point. My food was good, but the alcohol is what caused the weight gain. I always have an opportunity to do better this coming week. Excited!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
