RN16's Journal, 21 June 2022

I've noticed my stomach has gotten fatter, is sticking out more. I'm going to start tracking my calories for a little while to reign in my eating. I'm going to get back to walking more . I've been consistent with strength training and I'll keep that up, but walk more.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i was having the same issue, I lessened the sugar in my diet, more greens and less fruits, and I stopped any alcohol. I feel better all over, and the bloat is diminished.
