I've been doing DIY/gardening projects, in a seasonal mania state, and not eating. I'm not hungry, have no appetite. This leads to insomnia, which leads to a deteriorated mental state of exhaustion, bad psych. TBH, I look good, but I feel like shit. So yesterday I made sure to eat at least 1500 kcal. I didn't record everything, which doesn't help, but I ate 4 small meals, all of which had protein, fat, and some carbohydrate. I stayed hydrated. And last night I slept over 7 hours. I feel better now than I have in weeks.
