Doing well with Atkins diet, lost 15 pounds. Have stalled this past week because I was experimenting with different vegetables which turned out to be too high in carb. Also wasn't measuring properly. Switching from measuring cups and spoons to a food scale. That will be more precise.
I also added Atkins candies, now I am craving it. Bad move. I think I will throw those out. I wasn't craving anything till I started eating those. Also, I use to drink daily wine or vodka tonic before dinner. Now I don't drink at all. Alcohol definitely was preventing me from losing weight.
