Today I will set a new goal.
I promised myself, that if I stayed below 110 kgs by this morning, I will set a new goal of getting under 100 kgs. Well, today I weighed in at 109.2 kgs - a nice chunk under 110. I lost 100g since yesterday, and a total of 700 grams these last 9 days. So yes, I will raise the bar (or is it lower it?).
My new goal is to reach 100 kgs before October 1st, which means a total of 55 kgs - or 121 lbs.
I WAS gonna go swim this morning, but I have so much work to do that I will need to go in early. I don't want to be mentally stressed out because of work, and I think this will benefit me more than the swimming. But swimming IS coming - bought new swim pants and have stuff packed already. It WILL happan. :)

That is excellent. Your progress is amazing. Almost at the rate of 6 kg per month. You should be below 100 by August to September at your pace. Good Luck and congrats on being below 110. It's an amazing feeling. Cant wait till you get to feel what it's like being below 100kgs. When i finally got there after so many months i was ecstatic !! It is true, nothing feel better then making goals and then achieving them.
