Yay! Finally lost (more than) 20 pounds! I still have a long way to go, but this makes me happy. 20 more pounds and I can use that cheap stair stepper I bought ages ago. It's going slow, but it's going and staying off.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
